Support Associate – Customer Service

About the role

Wolt is looking for enthusiastic Support Associates to join its customer‑service team in Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for customers, couriers and venue partners, helping them via live chat and phone while ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance to customers, couriers and venues through live chat and phone for the Bulgarian market.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and overall service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on open cases.
• Work in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, to keep support available seven days a week.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at the company office.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

• Proficiency in using live‑chat and phone support tools.
