Swedish Customer Advisor – Sofia

About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our multilingual BPO team in Sofia. The role involves delivering high‑quality support via phone, email and live chat to customers of a global business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Swedish across phone, email and live chat.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and offer personalized solutions.
• Handle a wide range of product, service and account inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, promotions and internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to senior advisors or relevant departments.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment within the Sofia office.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) with good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or BPO is a plus; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, adaptable attitude with respect for cultural diversity.
• Minimum secondary education; further education or certifications in customer service are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and digital communication tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for recording customer interactions.
