Talent Acquisition Specialist (French)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French to join Atos Group’s recruitment team. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging and hiring top technology talent for positions across France while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles in France, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, branding initiatives and career events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and ensure alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each stage of the process.
• Collaborate with remote hiring teams, maintaining a high‑quality talent pipeline and accurate data.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the technology talent market.
• Expand professional networks within the tech sector to continuously source exceptional professionals.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech.
• Proven headhunting experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
