Talent Sourcer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Bulgaria)

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer at CreateFuture, you will sit at the heart of the hiring engine, building high‑quality pipelines for both technical and non‑technical positions across the UK and Bulgaria. This 12‑month fixed‑term role focuses on proactive, data‑driven sourcing and the use of AI tools to discover and engage top talent before the market does.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top‑of‑funnel by proactively sourcing and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, talent mapping, community events and internal talent rediscovery to find passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience and motivation.
• Partner with recruiters and the sourcing lead to share market insights and talent trends.
• Explore and implement AI‑enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and outreach personalization.
• Track sourcing activity, response rates and pipeline health, providing data‑led recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or top‑of‑funnel recruiting, preferably in an agency or tech environment.
• Strong curiosity, a learning mindset and a willingness to experiment with new techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an engaging outreach style.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple pipelines and keep ATS data clean.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
