Talent Sourcer

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer at MSCI, you will drive the top‑of‑the‑funnel recruitment activities for the EMEA region. You will combine AI‑augmented sourcing tools, market intelligence and creative outreach to build and nurture high‑quality candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across EMEA using AI‑enhanced tools, social platforms, job boards and direct outreach.
• Maintain long‑term candidate pipelines with regular, personalized engagement.
• Apply market intelligence and talent mapping to refine targeting and messaging.
• Develop and iterate AI‑powered workflows that improve outreach efficiency.
• Partner with Recruitment Partners to translate hiring needs into focused sourcing campaigns.
• Screen candidates at the top of the funnel and deliver qualified shortlists with clear summaries.
• Track sourcing metrics, analyse conversion rates and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Early‑career experience or strong interest in talent sourcing, recruitment or research‑intensive roles.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Curiosity for AI and emerging recruitment technologies, with a willingness to build and test new tools.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting targeted candidate messages.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to measuring and improving sourcing performance.
