Travel Support Representative – Bulgarian & English

About the role

Join a leading travel marketplace as a Travel Support Representative, providing high‑touch assistance to customers planning trips worldwide. You will handle inquiries about flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel services in both Bulgarian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email and chat.
• Resolve travel‑related issues, including bookings, changes and cancellations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the client’s travel products and services.
• Document interactions and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.
• Meet defined Key Performance Indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Bulgarian with a working level of English.
• High‑school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work standard Monday‑Friday hours and rotate shifts when needed.

Required skills

• Proficient computer navigation, keyboarding and internet browsing.
• Basic PC knowledge and ability to use call‑center software.
