Account Manager – Business Information Services

About the role

As an Account Manager for Business Information Services at Coface, you will be responsible for growing the value of services purchased by an assigned portfolio of corporate clients. You will drive renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the value of services bought by the allocated portfolio of clients in line with company targets.
• Propose and negotiate renewals, adhering to renewal and pricing rules.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand contract value.
• Conduct account‑management activities such as welcome visits, periodic calls, and renewal/upsell actions.
• Support customers on contract terms, procedures and represent their interests within Coface.
• Monitor service usage, advise clients on improvement, and update CRM applications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, graphs and analytical documents as required.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance, B2B sales or service‑based industries.
• University degree (economics preferred) and business‑level English.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and understanding of financial services.
• Strategic sales and business‑development mindset, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Result‑driven, resilient, curious, adaptable and customer‑centric.
• Independent, self‑motivated and eager to join a young, international team.
• Willingness to commit to long‑term employment and hold a Category B driver’s licence for travel.
