Account Manager

About the role

Hilti is looking for an Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them improve productivity, safety, and sustainability on construction sites. This role blends sales, business development, and hands‑on field work, offering a unique chance to grow while making a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction sites, offices, and production plants.
• Present Hilti’s innovative products, software solutions, and customized services to customers.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, advising clients on the best Hilti solutions for their projects.
• Collaborate with sales experts, entrepreneurs, project managers, and multinational companies to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Work autonomously in the field, testing solutions in dynamic, evolving environments.

Required profile

• University degree (Hilti values the person beyond the diploma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales and ability to set and achieve clear goals.
• Proactive, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driver’s license held for at least one year.
