Agile Coach

About the role

As an Agile Coach at DIGITALL, you will drive the organization’s Agile transformation, helping teams adopt and mature Agile practices in line with ITS SAFe standards. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and other stakeholders to create a high‑performance, continuously improving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on coaching to Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and PI planning.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and team members to strengthen Agile capabilities.
• Train and develop other Agile coaches to expand internal coaching capacity.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments, track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent Agile practices across programs.
• Participate in Communities of Practice to share knowledge and align coaching standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Software Development, Marketing, Organizational Change Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a team‑level Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Mandatory certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Preferred certifications: SAFe® Agile Product Management (APM), Prosci Change Management, other advanced Agile credentials.
