Agile Team Coach

About the role

Join the technology hub of REWE Group as an Agile Team Coach, helping cross‑functional teams adopt and thrive with agile practices. You will work closely with colleagues across Germany and other locations to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Apply positive communication strategies to guide teams through various agile methodologies.
• Support employees in understanding and implementing agile frameworks.
• Facilitate discussions, meetings and workshops to strengthen team cohesion.
• Collaborate proactively with other Agile Coaches and Team Coaches.
• Maintain regular contact with teams to provide ongoing guidance and feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience working with agile methods.
• Assertiveness and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Strong intercultural competence and teamwork orientation.
• Proactive, result‑driven mindset with change‑management skills.
