AI Enablement & Agent Engineering Specialist

About the role

Join Commerzbank’s Digital Technology Center in Sofia as an AI Enablement & Agent Engineering Specialist. You will drive AI adoption, build generative AI agents and integrate them with enterprise tools across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Promote AI adoption across the organization through trainings, workshops and consulting.
• Design, build and optimise generative AI agents, reusable skills and prompt structures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise tools and internal systems via APIs, connectors and custom skills.
• Define and track KPIs to measure AI transformation progress and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other AI teams to align standards, best practices and foster cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Experience with AI/GenAI technologies and real‑world use cases, including LLM‑based agents.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• Python programming
• API integration and development
• Cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Prompt engineering for large language models
• Knowledge of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and agent orchestration concepts
