Alexander Tour, a leading tour operator with 35 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Airline Ticket Sales Agent who is fluent in English. The role involves handling ticket sales and providing top‑level support to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and issue airline tickets.
• Communicate with clients and partners about flight options and bookings.
• Operate global distribution systems (GDS) to process reservations.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the booking process.
• Deliver high‑level customer service and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Valid IATA certification with at least 3 years of practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian outbound tourism market.
• Experience with reservation systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and task‑prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, self‑initiated mindset.
