API & Data Integration Support Specialist

About the role

The API & Data Integration Support Specialist provides post‑sale technical assistance to clients using our platforms and APIs, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, assisting with API integration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Diagnose, escalate and resolve API‑ and platform‑related issues promptly.
• Guide customers through onboarding, integration and configuration processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to relay client feedback.
• Create and maintain documentation such as FAQs, support articles and integration guides.
• Provide training sessions and share knowledge on platform features and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Service‑oriented mindset focused on client success and problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Python, JavaScript, SQL scripting.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP methods, status codes.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Understanding of JSON and XML formats.
• Familiarity with SFTP and data feed protocols.
• Ability to investigate data issues using API responses, SQL queries and Excel.
