Arabic-speaking Ads Sales Specialist (Hybrid, Sofia)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international technology company as an Arabic‑speaking Ads Sales Specialist based in Sofia. You will support advertisers, drive new business and help clients achieve measurable growth on a widely used digital advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective and existing advertisers via phone, email and chat in Arabic to generate and close sales opportunities.
• Understand clients' marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions, campaign formats and budgets.
• Demonstrate the platform's advertising products and guide advertisers on campaign setup, targeting, bidding and optimisation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring accurate CRM documentation.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with account management, product and technical teams to resolve campaign issues and deliver excellent outcomes.
• Collect and relay advertiser feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media sales or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS and basic analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Sofia or willing to relocate, with flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
