About the role

Join the Corporate and M&A team at Wolf Theiss in Sofia, where you will work with clients across a wide range of industries on strategic corporate and transaction matters. Key responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international clients on corporate and M&A matters, including strategic planning, financing structures and cross‑border transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence, negotiate transaction documents and secure necessary regulatory approvals.
• Support the full business lifecycle, from initial assessment through post‑deal integration.
• Provide pragmatic, business‑focused legal solutions to Bulgarian clients expanding internationally.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of corporate/M&A experience, preferably at a reputable international or local law firm.
• Experience with M&A transactions, due diligence, corporate documentation and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian and/or English corporate and commercial law with excellent drafting abilities.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive and service‑driven mindset.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
• Bulgarian or international law degree; Bulgarian Bar admission (or eligibility) and excellent English.
