Associate Manager - HR Shared Services

About the role

Sutherland is looking for a detail‑oriented Associate Manager to lead its HR Shared Services function. You will work with a driven team, handling complex employee queries and ensuring high‑quality HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to complex employee and manager queries across the employee lifecycle and post‑separation.
• Lead and support HR operational activities, guaranteeing accurate and timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams to resolve requests and escalations.
• Monitor team performance, workflows, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.
• Coach and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as required.
• Maintain employee records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and NDAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes, Bulgarian National Revenue Agency requirements, and statutory compliance.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on digital and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and people‑leadership skills.
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Proficiency in Bulgarian and English communication and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
