Brand & Creative Team Lead

About the role

As our Brand & Creative Team Lead, you will head the in‑house creative team covering graphic design, packaging, photography and digital content. You will translate the Brand Committee’s direction into clear briefs, strong workflows and consistently excellent execution, while acting as a player‑coach who develops the team and stays hands‑on with the craft.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the creative team across graphic design, packaging, photography and digital content.
• Convert Brand Committee direction into clear standards and consistent creative output.
• Own creative quality and brand consistency for all deliverables.
• Establish and manage a briefing process with defined objectives, scope, timelines and owners.
• Plan workload, assign resources, manage capacity and keep projects on track.
• Review work, provide feedback and offer hands‑on support when needed.
• Define review, approval and handover procedures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, E‑commerce, Sales and regional teams.
• Maintain and improve brand guidelines, templates, asset libraries and creative standards.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers and production partners.
• Inform stakeholders about progress, risks and key decisions.
• Identify workflow issues and implement practical improvements.
• Foster a supportive environment with clear direction and development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an in‑house creative team across multiple disciplines.
• Strong design portfolio covering both physical and digital work.
• Ability to direct, review and improve creative output while staying hands‑on.
• Track record of improving briefing, prioritisation, review and delivery processes.
• Clear leadership style, coaching ability and effective feedback.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into briefs.
• Skilled at managing several projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
• Understanding of production requirements for packaging, photography, print, campaigns, social media, e‑commerce and digital content.
• Fluent English communication and comfortable leading a multilingual team.
