Centralized Monitoring Assistant

About the role

The Centralized Monitoring Assistant joins IQVIA's company training program to learn the knowledge and skills needed to give administrative support to projects in line with SOPs, policies, good clinical practice and applicable regulatory requirements. The role meets quality and timeline targets under the direction of the line manager and other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the role-specific training required to carry out the job.
• Under supervision, perform administrative tasks supporting project execution, such as running system reports, preparing and distributing status reports and creating and maintaining study documents.
• Under supervision, help update and maintain systems within project timelines and plans.
• Carry out the activities listed in the task list delegated by the Centralized Monitoring Specialist or Centralized Monitoring Lead.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (up to 6 months of relevant experience).
• Basic knowledge of applicable research and regulatory requirements, such as ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including a good command of English.
• Time management, results and detail orientation, and ability to build working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Required skills

• Exposure to MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good data entry skills.
• Listening and phone skills.
