Clinical Project Manager - Immuno-Oncology and Cell and Gene Therapy

About the role

The Clinical Project Manager leads the delivery of immuno-oncology and cell and gene therapy projects for IQVIA Biotech, a global team supporting clients in advancing healthcare and patient treatment options. You will manage cross-functional teams and act as the accountable point of contact between IQVIA Biotech functions and the customer, covering delivery, quality and financial control, with support from domain experts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional project team delivery, accountable for milestones and quality of the contracted scope
• Serve as the primary contact with the customer on progress and governance
• Develop study management plans and ensure consistent use of study tools, training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage study team assignments, accountability and resource requirements
• Ensure the study budget is managed proactively, including scope changes and accurate financial systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Global project management experience within the drug development industry; previous CRO experience is a must
• At least 2-4 years of prior project management experience and clinical operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
