Commercial Analyst – Gaming Brand Performance

About the role

Patrianna, a B2B player in the Social Gaming industry, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to drive performance across its portfolio of gaming brands. You will combine data analysis with strategic thinking to shape best practices and support the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise the performance of multiple gaming brands, identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Use data analytics to uncover trends, challenges and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement best‑practice procedures for the commercial team, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to align brand strategies with company objectives.
• Present insights and updates to senior leadership to drive informed decision‑making.
• Champion advanced analytical techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strategic acumen with experience developing and executing brand‑performance strategies.
• Strong analytical expertise, including proficiency in SQL and data‑visualisation tools.
• Proven leadership in managing teams or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience creating knowledge‑sharing frameworks for commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.
