Commercial Operations Specialist (English + another language)

About the role

As a Commercial Operations Specialist you will be the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that orders for products, projects and service contracts are processed accurately and delivered on time. The role requires fluency in English and an additional European language, as well as strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Create, process and execute customer orders for designated regions.
• Generate and issue invoices promptly, guaranteeing compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Communicate order details, answer inquiries and provide status updates to customers.
• Collaborate with local sales, supply chain, procurement, finance and technicians to gather information and ensure seamless order processing.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining templates related to order management and invoicing.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in any European language.
• Previous experience in a sales or service back‑office environment handling orders and invoices.
• Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales or a related field is preferred.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
