Commercial Reporting & Analysis Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Reporting and Analysis professional to join our Commercial Reporting & Analysis Services team. You will create, monitor and deliver analytics that support commercial teams and drive performance improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys, translate content, manage email campaigns and oversee data collection from customers, suppliers and distributors.
• Coordinate with legal and external providers, consolidate multi‑source data and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor field‑sales performance, conduct Salesforce effectiveness analysis and recommend remediation actions.
• Produce standardized and ad‑hoc commercial reports, manage complex data sets and ensure proper distribution to stakeholders.
• Lead advanced analytics projects, localise central analytics tools and support cross‑functional analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Proven experience in training new processes or skills.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate projects.
