Commercial Team Leader (English required)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Team Leader to manage a group of 5‑7 purchasing specialists in our Sofia office. The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the acquisition team meets its targets while fostering a supportive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the purchasing team and oversee the overall purchasing process.
• Provide proximity management, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise new and existing staff.
• Transfer tasks efficiently and offer problem‑solving support.
• Analyze team results, prepare reports for senior management, and propose actions to achieve KPIs.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a genuine interest in motivating others.
• Results‑driven, able to turn objectives into clear, inspiring goals.
• Adaptable and hands‑on, willing to work side‑by‑side with the team.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
