About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Team Leader to manage a small group of purchasing specialists in our Sofia office. The role combines hands‑on coordination with strategic oversight, ensuring the acquisition team meets its targets while fostering a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 5‑7 purchasing specialists, overseeing daily purchasing activities.
• Provide proximity management and day‑to‑day guidance for the acquisition team.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and supervise team members.
• Facilitate task delegation and offer problem‑solving support.
• Analyze team performance, prepare reports for senior management and propose actions to achieve KPIs.
• Motivate the team and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a genuine interest in motivating others.
• Results‑driven, focused on turning objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Adaptable and hands‑on, willing to work side‑by‑side with the team.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
