About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative handling Czech‑speaking customers. You will interact via email, chat and phone, delivering fast and friendly support for a leading tobacco brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone, turning issues into solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate information quickly.
• Gather necessary details and deliver prompt, satisfying answers.
• Maintain a warm, friendly tone to create positive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with teammates, share ideas and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Near‑native proficiency in Czech and strong spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing service role.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system.
