Customer Support Advisor – Dutch Speaking

About the role

We are seeking Dutch‑fluent Customer Support Advisors to join our international team. In this voice‑based role you will assist professional customers such as psychologists, therapists, schools and universities, providing basic technical help and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support by phone.
• Assist with accounts, orders, subscriptions and licensing.
• Help customers navigate digital platforms and resolve basic technical issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Escalate more complex issues when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Good level of English.
• Previous customer service/support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computer systems.
