Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (French) – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist who is fluent in French and proficient in English to join our Sofia office. You will help maintain a safe online environment by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review back‑office content submitted by users, including potentially sensitive or distressing material.
• Apply the correct actions when content violates guidelines or poses a risk.
• Stay up‑to‑date with internal procedures to guarantee consistent decision‑making.
• Identify recurring patterns and emerging issues to prevent future risks.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive information.
• Ability to recognise patterns and manage shifting priorities.
• EU citizenship.

Required skills

• Experience with fraud, spam, or inappropriate content (advantageous).
