Dutch-speaking Customer Care Agent

About the role

myPOS is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Care Agent to support merchants using its fintech payment platform. You will handle a variety of interactions, from onboarding new merchants to resolving complex account issues, across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch‑speaking merchants, providing assistance via chat, email and phone.
• Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution, ensuring follow‑up and closure.
• Explain account details, product features and payment flows in clear, jargon‑free Dutch.
• Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Payments Operations, Account Verification) to accelerate case resolution.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and the overall experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing environment such as a call centre or BPO.
• Ability to translate technical or financial concepts into simple, friendly language.
• Calm, composed under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Interest in fintech, payments or business technology; prior exposure to POS or payment systems is a plus.
