Executive Assistant – Senior Management Support

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and reliable professional to provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior management at VP Brands International SA, a leading producer of wines and spirits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials and take minutes with follow‑up on actions.
• Coordinate correspondence in Bulgarian and English, and prepare presentations, reports and analyses.
• Collect and consolidate information from various departments for management reporting.
• Arrange business trips, travel, accommodation and related logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases and electronic filing systems.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Business Coordinator.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• General computer literacy.
