Factory Setter – Forming Machine Operator

About the role

ABB is looking for a Factory Setter to operate and set up forming machines in a high‑performance production environment. You will ensure that tooling is correctly installed, tested and ready for continuous manufacturing, contributing to the company’s goal of delivering lean and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install and dismantle forming tools according to production schedules.
• Conduct initial tests together with the machine operator and quality controller to start the production process.
• Monitor production, identify quality deviations and make necessary adjustments.
• Work across three shifts (first, second and night) to maintain continuous operation.

Required profile

• Medium technical education.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
