Field Sales Coach

About the role

This position is designed for a professional who lives the FMCG field sales environment daily and can translate that experience into practical coaching. You will work closely with field sales teams, observe their activities on the ground, and provide guidance that drives better execution and results.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor field sales representatives, offering day‑to‑day practical guidance.
• Spend time in the field, observe processes, and identify areas where teams need support or improvement.
• Help sales reps understand and apply company standards, processes and best practices.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members and monitor their progress.
• Analyze sales and field performance data, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify execution challenges and work proactively with teams to develop solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG field sales, sales training or a similar role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of FMCG sales processes and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to support sales teams.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring or training salespeople is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with confidence in giving constructive feedback.
