About the role

We are looking for a French‑Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia office. You will provide technical and functional support to French‑speaking clients, working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality technical and functional assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Analyse complex queries and provide timely, professional solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions to meet internal reporting standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service processes and client satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for every French‑speaking user.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to address evolving customer needs.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for elite customer support.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or support role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in an on‑site office environment.
