German Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for fluent German‑speaking professionals to join our customer support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a German Customer Support Advisor you will handle inbound calls for a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering high‑quality service and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound German‑language calls and resolve client inquiries related to products, accounts and billing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot administrative and technical issues, updating internal systems with accurate data.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised departments when required.
• Identify sales or upselling opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and project value.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia, with a full relocation package available.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (4‑ to 8‑hour shifts) from Monday to Sunday.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
