Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team and help customers adopt our software solutions. You will work closely with clients, guiding them through training and implementation phases to ensure successful go‑live and ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote training sessions to new and existing customers.
• Manage multiple implementation projects from planning through to go‑live.
• Understand customer processes and recommend effective system workflows.
• Collaborate with Technical, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to coordinate requirements.
• Support customers during go‑live and adoption phases.
• Maintain expertise in new product features and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, training delivery, and project administration.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience delivering software training or implementation services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience analysing business processes and translating them into training or implementation plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused with excellent organisational skills.
