Intermediate Manual QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join one of our product teams at FIO SYSTEMS in Sofia. The role involves working on a real‑estate platform used by banks and brokerage firms across Germany, participating from requirement clarification through to release approval.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Perform extensive manual testing for new features and create test cases in TestRail.
• Identify, reproduce, report, and track software bugs.
• Conduct cross‑browser and device testing using BrowserStack.
• Execute regression testing across web‑based products.
• Take part in the release approval process.
• Research and share new practices, tools, and technologies to increase QA efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of failures.
• Attention to detail and strong self‑organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
