IT Risk Advisor (German) – Senior Level

About the role

Are you a seasoned Information Systems Auditor or IT Risk Advisor who loves to untangle process inefficiencies in IT organisations? Key responsibilities

• Analyze and assess customers’ technology and business‑critical infrastructure to ensure processes run accurately and efficiently.
• Perform assessments against ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT and other relevant standards.
• Interpret and apply EU directives such as NIS, NIS2, DORA, EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act and EU Data Act.
• Consult clients on ERP migration journeys and digitalisation projects.
• Develop, implement, test and evaluate audit review procedures and approaches.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in multiple assurance engagements and ISO compliance projects.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards and industry methodologies.
• Theoretical knowledge of GDPR and DORA.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management best practices and internal controls frameworks.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and German (strong plus).
