Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Workster is partnering with a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider to recruit an Italian‑speaking B2B Sales Representative. In this position you will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, engage business clients across phone, email, video and social media, and help expand relationships in the technology and digital advertising sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B interactions via multiple channels.
• Engage decision‑makers to understand needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Use lead generation and prospecting tools to expand your portfolio.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities through all sales stages.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Qualify and hand over leads to the onboarding team.
• Track and report performance metrics to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
• Experience in the tech or digital advertising industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, prospecting techniques and qualification methodologies.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
