Junior/Mid Level ERP Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior/Mid Level ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Sofia. You will help customers transform their operations by delivering successful implementations of the Entersoft ERP platform across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior consultants and project managers throughout ERP implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse, document and validate business requirements in collaboration with customers.
• Participate in workshops and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved designs and conduct system testing, validation and user‑acceptance testing.
• Prepare user documentation and deliver end‑user training to ensure adoption.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve complex functional problems.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (final‑year students considered).
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, consulting or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Good understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse Management or Production.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies, configuration and functional testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Very good command of English.
