Latvian‑speaking Customer Support Representative – Sofia, Bulgaria

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused professional who speaks Latvian fluently to join a leading Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to Latvian‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer enquiries and deliver timely resolutions in line with service level agreements.
• Record all interactions, feedback and case details accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products, services and policies.
• Contribute to team targets such as satisfaction scores, first‑contact resolution and response times.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer support, call‑centre or client‑facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia and adapt to an international professional environment.
