About the role

We are looking for a motivated Latvian‑speaking professional to join a leading customer support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing assistance to Latvian‑speaking clients through phone, email and live chat, ensuring high‑quality service and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support to Latvian‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer enquiries and provide timely resolutions in line with service level agreements.
• Record all interactions, feedback and case details accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams and collaborate to achieve swift resolutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Contribute to team performance targets such as satisfaction scores and first‑contact resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia and adapt to an international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
