About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to become the License Owner / Operator for Sofia. You will lead the launch and growth of the Stranger Soccer experience in the city, building a vibrant football community while operating under an established international brand.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the local player community using the Stranger Soccer mobile platform.
• Secure football venues and establish partnerships with local facilities.
• Recruit, train, and manage Official Hosts who run the games.
• Lead marketing and community‑building initiatives to attract players.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality game experiences week after week.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Singapore headquarters for operational guidance.
