Logistics Specialist

About the role

EnduroSat is seeking a highly organized Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end shipment execution and documentation for import, export, and domestic flows. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, packaging, and finance teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all shipments, respond to courier and forwarder requests, and provide tracking information to stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and distribute shipping documents such as BOL/AWB, invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
• Advise the packaging team on labeling, dangerous‑goods handling, temperature control, and size/weight limits.
• Support customs brokers with import/export declarations, verify HS codes, values, and Incoterms.
• Maintain and archive logistics and customs records in line with company policy.
• Resolve operational issues and give clear instructions to shippers, carriers, and brokers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight, or international trade.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience preparing or coordinating customs declarations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or TMS systems.
• Familiarity with shipment‑tracking platforms.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and HS tariff codes.
