Manager Finance Business Partner

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager Finance Business Partner to manage financial and budgeting needs for a country, product or customer. The role provides financial insights to senior leaders, supports new business opportunities, and ensures compliance with risk and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial and budgeting aspects for a country, product, or customer.
• Provide detailed financial insights to group heads and executives, aligning with budgets, long‑range plans and forecasts.
• Interact with external partners to negotiate new business opportunities with merchants and acquirers.
• Partner with regional and corporate teams to develop, analyze and validate new business opportunities.
• Support regional payments by working with issuing and acquiring banks to resolve billing inquiries.
• Assess new opportunities and advise the business on ongoing deals and Customer Business Agreements.
• Execute large, complex agreements leveraging subject‑matter expertise in financial and data technology tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to align with market objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management policies and perform control testing as needed.
