MAT Warehouse Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a motivated Warehouse Specialist to support its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound material flows, ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP system and coordinating with internal logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with inbound deliveries and receive incoming materials.
• Record incoming materials in the ERP system.
• Communicate with various departments involved in logistics.
• Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments and ensure timely dispatch according to schedule.
• Track and archive all transport‑logistics documentation.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school diploma).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Forklift driver’s licence is an advantage.
• Basic English language skills are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
