Medical Appointment Setter – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Appointment Setter to join a leading insurance company’s remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through medical coverage and claims while maintaining a compassionate approach.

Key responsibilities

• Set and confirm medical appointments via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide clear information on medical coverage, claims processes, and related services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointment details.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily call targets.

Required profile

• Preferred experience in medical or healthcare environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1+ level).
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work the 8 am‑5 pm PST schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using call‑center software and CRM tools.
