Mid-level Product Designer (Regulated Domains)

About the role

We are seeking a Middle Product Designer to shape user experiences across complex, regulated product areas. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure design is central to product development while contributing to our shared design system.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design process from research to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for regulated domains such as pricing, chargebacks, and Medicaid‑like workflows.
• Develop and maintain components within an existing design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Design visually appealing, user‑friendly interfaces, focusing on interaction design, dashboards, and data visualizations that surface relevant KPIs.
• Align design decisions with product goals and user needs, and articulate reasoning to stakeholders and engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in design workshops and problem‑solving sessions.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate idea exploration and execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual, interaction, and product thinking, preferably in regulated or high‑complexity domains.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable simplifying dense, regulated content for end users.
• Experience working within a design system, building reusable components.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and confidence presenting design decisions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation and learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in the design workflow.
• Data visualization and dashboard design.
• Usability testing and user interview techniques.
• Responsive design and accessibility best practices.
