Mid Software Engineer (.NET / AI-Augmented)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid Software Engineer to join Dynamo Software’s FinTech product team in Sofia. You will build business‑critical, high‑performance solutions for alternative investment managers, leveraging modern AI‑assisted development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop functional features in the core accounting module with a focus on performance.
• Triage and resolve complex issues on existing production systems.
• Validate, refine, test, and implement code generated by AI coding assistants.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate with project managers, product owners, and developers to clarify deliverables and priorities.
• Build and use AI agents and agent‑based workflows to enhance product capabilities and engineering productivity.
• Participate in high‑level design of complex tasks.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of software design and development experience with C# and .NET frameworks.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Solid problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing and coverage strategies.
• Understanding of OOP analysis & design, design patterns, SOA and concurrency.
• Ability to work independently as a proactive self‑starter.
