Modernization Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Modernization Sales Specialist to join our team in Sofia as a key partner in growing our elevator modernization business. The position focuses on proactive B2B sales and consulting within the construction sector, helping customers upgrade their elevator systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for elevator modernization projects.
• Provide professional B2B consulting, analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare tailored proposals that incorporate the latest technologies.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure proper execution of agreements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships through regular communication and high‑level service.
• Promote KONE solutions in the market and support brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical services or modernization projects.
• Background in the construction industry or a related sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to match customer needs with appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence; good command of English is a plus.
