Order Management Specialist in Supply Network Operations

About the role

As an Order Management Specialist in P&G's Supply Network Operations, you will ensure that the right products reach the right customers at the right time and cost. You will work in cross‑functional teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Process and execute customer orders with high quality and accuracy.
• Handle accurate and timely billing, following orders through to delivery and unloading at customer warehouses.
• Interact daily with the sales organization and customers to keep master data up‑to‑date.
• Track customer‑satisfaction metrics such as on‑time order processing and order cycle time.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator, fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Eager to learn with a willingness to receive training and mentorship.
• Analytical and proactive, able to spot opportunities and act quickly.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
