Part-Time Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly part‑time Sales Associates to join our retail team. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service, recommend products, and help create a welcoming shopping environment that drives store productivity and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, easy‑to‑navigate store atmosphere.
• Provide product recommendations, promote promotions, and explain brand rewards programs.
• Assist customers in selecting cards, gifts, and other solutions that meet their needs.
• Handle store operations such as product replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, and managing inventory.
• Fulfill Hallmark.com orders, perform curbside deliveries, and support stockroom duties.
• Uphold company policies, maintain store cleanliness, and complete any special projects assigned by the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in specialty retail, sales, or customer service.
